Interview With Deborah Skye

Deborah Skye is a Modern Day Shaman Mentoring Women Globally to Empower, Engage and Awaken their Inner Female Power to Embrace Global Transformation as we enter into a New Earth. Interview With Deborah Skye

1. How long have you been doing what you do and how did you become a Global Leader in Transformation?

If I have to pick just one moment that I knew my true calling, I have to say it was in 1991 when I moved to Costa Rica, I realized that my dream to live in harmony with the Earth and to Spiritually uplift and Empower individuals and to Teach Globally was a reality.

It choose me, I did not go looking for that particular lifestyle, I know now it was all part of my training, to live alone in the jungle while I learned about the Sacred and Ancient ways of the Earth while living in complete harmony with Nature and being taught daily the intelligence of the plants and elements. It was a foundational experience that today shapes my Global Vision.

2. Who are you clients exactly?

Women and Men who realize they are stuck in their life and they know they were meant for more, but they just can’t put their finger on what is happening and why. Most clients are reaching for more, it’s a feeling that they have and they know they are not living up to their true full self. It’s a common theme with my clients, but that is the way that I have designed it-to work with people who innately know they were born for a purpose and want to live it.

I have worked with individuals as young as 2 months old in Monterrey, Mexican to an 89 year old woman that I personally never met. My clients are from every part of the world, from as far away as Dubai, Bali, Egypt and I have a very large client base in California. There is no particular age, race or profession that signifies a desire to embrace a persons Divine Self and to be of service to the greater good.

3. What happens if you haven’t yet worked with people in my field?

That is interesting how you worded that! You are human and you come from a Soul, your story of who you are and your representation of your work in the world all lead back to the same thing: you are a Spirit housed in a body that is organizing creation within yourself to experience love, forgiveness, expansion and soul lessons.

To answer directly your question, I have worked with women and men from every religion, culture, income bracket and most of all, profession. You are a being of light and energy, I read that signature that you carry as your identity housed in flesh, so a clients profession is not the issue nor topic, it is how the person expresses who they are in reflection to their profession. Lawyers, Judges, Police Officers, Teachers, Stay at Home Mom’s and Dad’s, Students, Nurses, CEO’s, Bio-Engineers, Stock Brokers, Network Marketers, Millionaires, you name it, I have worked with them.

4. I have heard people speak about you as a ‘unique expert’ in your field, why have they coined you as unique?

I would have to say it is most likely due to the nature of how I work with clients. The StarPower* System™ is unique in that it works directly with a pure element that we all have, most peoples have gone to sleep or buried so deep that it takes a bit to bring it to light. I work with clients in a way that supports their Spiritual Purpose, meaning, I speak to the Soul of an individual, not to the ego needs. I do not harbor into the past fears or so called mistakes a person has experienced but focus on their StarPower* Essence™ to shift their entire viewpoint and perspective of how they relate to their world, families, friends and most of all to who they believe they are in their own eyes. It is a delight to watch the Coaching take place and the Quantum Leaps people experience in such a short time frame. It’s actually miraculous when the ‘aha’ moment becomes conscious.

5. What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me as a client?

85% of my clients are female between the ages of 28-65 and are aware of their hidden potential, despondent and fed up with feeling depressed or unhealthy, unstable and most of all uncertain. They are looking for answers, direction and most of all self-love, forgiveness and acceptance of who they are, not what others perceive them to be. It’s a natural feeling to feel uneasy when your not balanced, and most of the population feels this way, undernourished emotionally, physically, intellectually, spiritually and sexually. People become numb and forget they are Goddesses and Gods and that loving them selves is a birthright. A lot of women are very dissatisfied with their relationships, I’m sure many men are too, I focus on Female Empowerment as it’s easy for me, as I can walk the talk, I can relate.

What is expected of you as a Client in one of my Coaching Programs, Masterminds, even on a VIP Day? I expect you to show up with your heart wide open, be available to be vulnerable and honor your word.Vulnerability is actually a strong suit, it is powerful to be vulnerable for many women who are in control never quite allow themselves to be seen as vulnerable, that is just a shield. Once that shield comes down, wow! It’s a beautiful thing to watch. Out comes this dazzling blossom of a woman who can really live passionately and pursue her dreams unabashed by anyone else, it’s gorgeous to watch happen.

Executive, Powerful, Entrepreneurial Women have to begin to allow that pure expression of their true self to come forth, it’s their birthright, their Divinity, and when they do-watch out, because here comes a whole new experience that was just waiting to be birthed! If they thought they were all powerful and able to do anything before, the super women, multitaskers that they are-or believe to be, well, the world ain’t seen nothing yet! I love working with Empowered Females, and there are millions of women who are empowered but they just might not be living it at the moment. That is where I come in, to shine that light within and bring forth certainty where there usually is a heavy dose of uncertainty.

My business card says at the top, “I Am Able to Assist People in Seeing the Light of Divinity Within Themselves to Gain Self-Acceptance, Clarity of Purpose and Foster Self-Discovery.” I think that pretty well sums it up.

6. What type of professional is this program NOT going to work for?

Wow, great question! People who think that life owes them something, will not do well in this program. An individual who believes that they do not have to work to attain their goals, have a successful business or relationship, or someone who is stuck in victim mentality.

Responsibility is the cornerstone to ownership and transformational thinking. If you do not agree that your life is the way it is because of past actions that now are dictating your current reality or that others have made your life the way it is, we will most likely do a couple of preliminary Coaching Sessions prior to coming on into The StarPower* Leader Program™. The Mastermind ‘Foundational Teachings’ is based upon accountability so it’s very different in how I go through the Application process than with the StarPower* System™.

7. What exactly is The StarPower* System™ and what does it include?

The StarPower* System™ is a 7 week module that takes my clients through a leadership training program in developing a system for their Purposeful work in the world. It could be for their business, which most people come into the training for, but it can also be for you relationships, your family dynamics your past experiences which are still affecting your long range goals and getting in the way. The StarPower* System™ is designed to awaken you at the core of your being that no matter what your intention is to take the Training and receive the Coaching, it’s open and available for you to have.

The StarPower* Leadership Training System™ is the advanced level of the System, and everyone who goes through the 7 week Online Module Training can apply for the Leadership Training when all components of the Modules are completed . It’s exciting to see my people become Empowered by the System and move from one stage and level of development of experience to enhancing their leadership role in their communities, families and in the world. It’s amazing to witness.

8. Does this really work?

Yes! Of course it does?! I have been working with Women and Men Globally for over 17 years Teaching, Training and Specializing in the work that I do with amazing results. Some people never physically see me as I am highly trained to work at a distance. I’m an expert in my field for many reasons, not just due to my educational background or levels of training I have received from all over the world, but because of my spatial relationship to time and energy.

One of my passions is Quantum Mechanics and Neuroscience, the study of the mind and it’s relationship to matter, space and time. I began studying the Pythagorean Theorem at age 11, so my Shamanic training expanded my relationship to the multi-universes. I don’t want to get into science and it’s application to the work that I do as that is outlined in my upcoming book, Soul Immersions: Past Lives, Future Earth and The Transformation Of The Human Species, The Shifting Earth Frequencies From 2011-2026. Just to let the readers know, my work is scientifically proven to work and can be explained in detail but most people would go to sleep listening to me or be really confused by the language, so let’s just say, yes, it works really well!

9. What results can I expect?

I love it when people ask me this question! Here is my reply: you will always be disappointed by your level of expectation AND you will miss the grand opportunities that are actually happening because your focus is on the desired expectation and not the reality of what is taking place. You might want to reread that one again.

In Quantum Physics, where ever you place your attention you will create a reality based on your beliefs, let’s say you are looking for a particular outcome, you most likely will get it as that is what you are conjuring up in your mind as the perceiver. Well, this happens for people all the time, there is an underlying belief system that many people have no clue that they even have that operates their very existence. You want to be wealthy, healthy and have a life that is exceptional, but your beliefs tell you otherwise, so every time you make 10K or 50K you loose it or there are expenses that show up that amount to the exact amount of income you have earned. This is because it’s your cap, your belief stops you from experiencing more of a successful career, or a lover who is kind and generous or a job that works in your favor. So you can see here how I feel about expectations, not much. Expectations are always very small or so huge that they will never be met, and they are usually based on other peoples ideas and experiences, not your own, hence the expectation. You read a great book about healing and then you go and see a Healer expecting the same experience, when you don’t you are disappointed but the reality is you missed out on your own incredible healing because you were focused on something other, that is why it is so important to be in the now moment, to experience everything for reality sake, and for you of course.
